Loans discounted (Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, non-consolidated) as of the end of September 2024 decreased by 1.5 trillion yen from the end of March 2024 to 32.2 trillion yen, mainly due to a decrease in the balance of loans to corporate clients. Deposits (Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, non-consolidated)* increased by 0.2 trillion yen to 41.4 trillion yen, mainly due to an increase in deposits from corporate clients.
The balance of trust account (Sumitomo Mitsui Trust Bank, non-consolidated) as of the end of September 2024 increased by 4.8 trillion yen from the end of March 2024 to 262.3 trillion yen.
